Job Overview

Wings Technical Services W.L.L. is urgently hiring an experienced Electrical Supervisor for an industrial project in Ras Laffan, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have 5–8 years of industrial electrical installation experience, particularly in cable pulling, glanding, termination, manpower coordination, and work-front preparation. Candidates with previous RLIC site experience and exposure to QatarEnergy or LNG projects will be preferred. Experience in cable installation at pipe racks and process buildings is an advantage. Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar Joining: Immediate Duty Hours: 10 hours per day Salary: To be discussed Benefits: Food, accommodation, and transportation provided. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation activities at the project site.
Oversee cable pulling, dressing, glanding, and termination works.
Coordinate manpower, tools, materials, and work-front preparation.
Ensure electrical installations are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC personnel, and other site teams.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and electrical safety standards.
Inspect completed works and report any technical issues or deviations.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate work records.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the worksite.

Requirements

Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial electrical installation and supervision.
Strong hands-on experience in cable pulling, dressing, glanding, and termination.
Experience in manpower coordination and work-front preparation.
Good knowledge of electrical drawings, cable schedules, and installation standards.
Familiarity with site safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
Previous RLIC site experience is preferred.
Experience in QatarEnergy, LNG, or Oil & Gas projects is an advantage.
Experience in cable installation at pipe racks and process buildings is preferred.
Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
Must be available for immediate joining in Qatar.
