Job Overview

An experienced Inspection Planner is required for an onshore assignment in Doha, West Bay, Qatar, for an initial period of 3 months, from October to December 2026. The assignment may be extended depending on project requirements. The ideal candidate must have experience in inspection planning and/or Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) within Oil & Gas operating facilities, particularly in static equipment integrity management. Familiarity with Meridian and SAP is mandatory. Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage. Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate inspection and NDT activities for static equipment.
Support static equipment integrity management activities.
Prepare and maintain inspection schedules and planning documentation.
Coordinate inspection planning activities with relevant technical teams.
Maintain and update inspection data using SAP and inspection management systems.
Upload relevant data into inspection packages.
Maintain inspection records and prepare reports.

Use MS Office applications to manage inspection schedules, data and reports.
Coordinate with relevant teams to support effective inspection planning.
Ensure inspection-related information is accurately maintained in the relevant management systems.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in inspection planning and/or NDT within Oil & Gas operating facilities.
Experience in static equipment integrity management.
Familiarity with Meridian and SAP is mandatory.
Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of various inspection and NDT techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Familiarity with inspection management systems, including data uploading into inspection packages.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Locally available candidates in Qatar only. Candidates currently outside Qatar will not be considered.
Candidates must provide confirmation of their Qatar visa status.
