Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior QC Inspector – Electrical to support quality control and inspection activities related to HVAC control panels. The candidate will be responsible for checking panel assembly, wiring, components, testing, and documentation in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect HVAC control panels for proper assembly, wiring, labeling, and component installation.
  • Verify panel wiring against approved electrical and control schematics.
  • Inspect components including MCBs, contactors, relays, terminals, transformers, controllers, and VFD interfaces.
  • Check cable termination, ferruling, gland installation, and identification.
  • Verify I/O points and control signals against approved drawings.
  • Prepare and maintain ITRs, inspection checklists, test reports, and QC records.
  • Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, instrumentation, and commissioning teams.
