Job Overview

Wings Technical Services W.L.L. is hiring a Recruiter in Doha, Qatar to source, screen and deploy blue-collar, skilled and technical manpower for our client projects. Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for blue-collar, skilled and technical roles — drivers, helpers, technicians, operators, cleaners and supervisors
Post vacancies on job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn), Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp groups; use referrals and agent networks
Shortlist CVs and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews against client requirements
Arrange client interviews, trade tests and final selections; follow up until deployment
Maintain an organised candidate database and CV bank by trade and availability
Coordinate documentation with HR — offer letters, visa transfer / NOC, medical, QID and work permits
Handle onboarding and mobilisation of selected manpower to client sites on time
Meet urgent manpower deadlines and report daily recruitment status to management
